Shop Policies

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: 

Refunds may be issued if there were any complications with your order or if the products received were damaged. If your item(s) is(are) damaged, please contact via [email protected] to discuss if you are elligible. 

If you would rather exchange the damaged item for an undamaged one, email [email protected] to discuss if you are elligible. 

You have 14 days to return the product once it has been delivered. However, specific circumstances can extend this time limit. Email [email protected] to discuss. 

Depending on the amount of products that need to be returned and the reason for the exchange will determine who will cover the shipping cost. If I have made a mistake by sending the wrong item, I will cover the cost of shipping. However, if the product must be returned due to damage, the shipping price will be refunded. 

PAYMENTS AND PRIVACY: 

All sales are final (except in very limited circumstances). 

This shop automatically collects sales tax via Big Cartel. 

The cost of shipping depends on the amount of products purchased. Each product has typically a flat rate of its own, but each additional product adds money to the cost of shipping. If something appears to be wrong with the shipping price, email [email protected] to discuss the prices. 

Your privacy matters to me. Any information given will only be used for shipping your order or contacting you in the event of a probelm. This shop uses SSL encryption via Big Cartel, which provides a layer of security whenever your information is given during checkout. All payments will be processed by Paypal or Stripe. 

SHIPPING: 

I typically process and package orders within 5 business days after purchase. Orders are typically sent through the mail. You'll receive an email notification once your items are ready and on the way to the post office. If you do not receive this, please contact [email protected] to address this issue. 

Once packages are dropped off at the post office, the US orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days after. These dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please allow time for any delays, weather, and holidays. Tracking is usually provided, email [email protected] if you are not provided with tracking. 

I do not offer international shipping. There is only one person running this shop, so I unfortunately do not have the time to keep up with changing international regulations. I may offer shipping internationally in the future, so please check back in. 

I can offer expedited shipping under very specific circumstances, contact [email protected] to discuss this. 

The price of shipping will be added during the checkout process. 

I offer gift-wrapping and custom notes for orders. During the payment window of checkout, please leave a note or instruction of what you would like for me to do and I will do my best to provide. I will contact you if the request cannot be completed. 

I will update any dates or periods that I will be unable to ship out orders. Please continuously check back in regularly. 

If your shipping address is wrong, contact [email protected] immediately to update your address. Changes cannot be made after a shipping label is created and the package is not with me anymore. If your order is undeliverable and returned due to an incorrect address, I will contact you but you will need to pay the shipping fee again to re-deliver to the new address. Please double check that your shipping and contact information is correct before checkout.
